Refund policy

All of our products are custom made-to-order, which means each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will offer a refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please note that in some cases, a refund or replacement may not be possible if the issue is outside of our control due to a limitation with our production partner.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email must include a clear photo of the issue so we can assess your claim and work with our supplier to resolve the issue on your behalf.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
