Production Time Since every item is custom-made just for you, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. This is in addition to the shipping time below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia — Standard: 5–10 business days | Express: 2–4 business days
  • New Zealand — Standard: 7–14 business days | Express: 3–6 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe — Standard: 10–20 business days | Express: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada — Standard: 10–20 business days | Express: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World — Standard: 14–30 business days | Express: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Cancellations Because your order goes into production quickly, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, reach out to us and we'll investigate with our production partner on your behalf.
